Week 3: The last week of the paper “Artisan Breads.”

Next week we’ll be having our practical and theory exams…. Then onto Sugar and Chocolate confectionery!!! (Hand-made chocolates and candy!)

Week 2 of uni done… Wow! Baked so much stuff! Green Tea and sultana loaves,  Multigrain bread, croissants, pain au chocolats, stollen, and chocolate kugelhopf…

First week back to Uni and this is what I baked :D All my practicals are over for the week now <3 We also growing our own SourDough Cultures, which I have to feed every morning and night this weekend :( No sleep ins! So sad :(

I’m a pastry chef in the making. 2012 will be my final year of study.

My dream is to one day own a cute little pastry boutique or an ice cream parlor.

I’m not the BEST yet, but that’s what practice is for, isn’t it?
